Join us in the 100 Burpee Workout Challenge! It’s totally free, you don’t have to leave your house, and it’s a great way to connect with family and friends. And… it only takes 20 minutes.
Last night, we started what I hope becomes a family habit. We gathered three generations across three different time zones over a Zoom video chat to do 100 burpees together in twenty minutes (5 burpees each minute).
My husband did “real burpees” with pushups and hops. I skipped the pushups. The boys did their own version of burpees. And all four of my sisters, my niece, and my parents did the burpee workout while practicing social distancing.

In just twenty minutes, we got sweaty and connected over video chat with family despite living all over the United States and not being able to leave home.
