Simple French Toast Bar

Try this simple French Toast bar for breakfast that looks much more gourmet that it is feels to make.

Servings 12 slices


  • 1 loaf challah sliced thick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Heat skillet on med / med-high heat
  2. Scramble eggs in a bowl large enough to dip challah slices
  3. Add vanilla, milk and cinnamon
  4. Coat challah slices in egg mixture and cook on skillet until golden brown
  5. Flip and cook second side until golden brown
  6. Serve warm
