Sometimes, Monday mornings can start off a little slow. We didn’t have a jam-packed weekend, aside from lots of holiday baking and informal visits with a few friends, but it’s always a little harder to get back into the groove after a couple days off.
To make the ‘morning style session’ a bit easier, consider sticking with a monochromatic (or almost monochromatic, in my case) look to keep it simple. Matching is easy. You’ve got a small pop of color. And you’re off and running without working up a style sweat.
Although it’s too cold to wear the sleeveless blouse on it’s own, I wanted to snap a photo to share the whole outfit. You can check out a few others ways I’ve worn this blouse with a teal skirt and the same sweater, a white thrifted pencil skirt and navy blazer, and this outfit from over two years ago (forgive the crooked photos and strange smile, please).
I’ve just realized now that this blouse, one I’ve had for nearly three years, has only been on the blog three times. I think I have too many clothes…
